Our client is hiring an internal Product Manager to lead a portfolio of technology initiatives that increase sales productivity, streamline processes, strengthen data quality, and create a seamless user experience for sales employees.

As a product manager, you will lead a team of researchers, developers, architects, and deployment leads to build business applications in house andor integrate 3rd party sales tools. You will develop a strong understanding of sales processes, user pain points, and business priorities to influence the Sales Tech vision, strategy, and roadmap.

You will also partner closely with senior leadership across Sales, Product, Marketing and IT organizations to align on strategic initiatives and secure resources. Ideal candidate excels at balancing strategic planning and tactical execution and has proven experience leading complex technology projects that drive meaningful business outcomes. Responsibilities?

Establish strong relationships with sales leaders and end users to identify opportunities to improve productivity, prioritize initiatives based on timecost savings or revenue generation potential, and translate needs into business and product requirements Partner with Director of Sales Technology and stakeholders across Analytics Sales Operations and the broader Sales organization to influence and align on a unified long-term roadmap, balancing competing interests and priorities Own the product strategy and execution for sales productivity initiatives, including but not limited to sales process design, application development, workflow automation, and client data enrichment Lead a team of cross-functional resources focused on research design, development, testing and training to support the end-to-end product development lifecycle Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, IT and the Data Office on to align on cross-functional initiatives and avoid duplication of effort Develop business cases for initiatives, including effort and resource estimation, expected financial benefits and target OKRs, to secure approval, funding and resources Orchestrate RFP process to evaluate and onboard 3rd party solutions, ensuring they satisfy both business needs and architecture, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements Maximize benefits of technology investments by coordinating deployment activities, including communications, training and change management, measuring adoption and KPIs, and recommending further enhancements Support Sales Technology teamrsquos transition to an agile pod structure, methodologies and artifacts Maintain awareness of industry-leading sales solutions, trends and best practices and build relationships with industry peers Minimum qualifications? Bachelor’s degree (analytical or technical major preferred)? 8+ years of experience as a product manager or equivalent, managing product strategy and roadmap Experience deploying complex technology solutions at scale (to hundreds of sales personnel or greater) Experience leading sales process design and optimization initiatives, resulting in time and cost savings, improvement in sales KPIs and user satisfaction Proven ability to inspire and move a cross-functional group and business leadership in a unified direction, and to lead multiple projects simultaneously under tight timeframes? Excellent writtenverbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to negotiate priorities across organizations at all levels Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment Experience leading and managing agile teams In depth technical and functional knowledge of CRM systems and workflows (Dynamics 365 preferred) Preferred Qualifications? Experience leading vendor procurement process, including creation of RFPs and scorecards, negotiating contracts, and onboarding vendor Experience leading change in an?established high-tech?or financial services company? Knowledge of banking products and related workflows Experience working as a sales rep or as part of sales operations, enablement or analytics functions Knowledge of Microsoft tech stack (e.g. PowerApps, Power AutomateFlow, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and how these tools can be used to extend capabilities of CRM Experience designing and developing web or mobile applications “We are GTN ndash The Go To Network”
